Terms of Service

BoothPilot sells digital trade show marketing kits. Each purchase is a one-time payment covering one kit for one show — no subscription, no recurring charges. Your kit is generated from the website URL and details you provide and is delivered on screen at a private link tied to your purchase.

• Kit content is AI-generated from your own website's public content plus the show details you enter. You own the delivered content and may use it freely for your business.
• You are responsible for reviewing content before publishing it. BoothPilot drafts marketing copy; final accuracy, claims, and compliance are yours to confirm.
• Pro-tier promo videos are produced and delivered to your email within 48 hours of purchase.
• Generated kits are stored for 60 days. Your kit link remains valid after that — revisiting it simply regenerates a fresh kit for the same show.

Refund Policy

If your kit fails to generate, or the content is genuinely unusable for your business, contact us within 7 days of purchase at sales@boothpilot.pro with your receipt and we'll regenerate it or refund you in full. We want you walking into the show with assets you're proud of.

Privacy Policy

We collect the minimum needed to deliver your kit:

• What you enter: your website URL, booth number, show goal, and floor category — used only to generate your kit.
• Payments: handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. Stripe shares your email with us so we can deliver your purchase and provide support. See Stripe's privacy policy.
• Website content: your site's public text is read once per generation and sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) to write your kit in your brand voice. It is not used to train AI models.
• Analytics: we count anonymous page and funnel events (no cookies, no personal identifiers, no cross-site tracking).

We don't sell or share your data with anyone beyond the processors named above. To have your data deleted, email sales@boothpilot.pro.
